The prices advertised on this site are for online orders only. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Additionally, prices may vary based on your order and delivery location(s).

We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers at our discretion. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors and reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase made contrary to the terms of any offer, discount, promotion or coupon or that otherwise is not in compliance with our website or applicable state and federal law.

Are all prices displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)? 

Yes. Prices displayed on this website are the InHouse Collections current prices. Prices are listed in Australian dollars, are subject to change without notice by InHouse Collections and do not include delivery or accessories.

How do I know I am getting a great deal?

Shop with confidence knowing that we review our prices frequently to provide you with the lowest prices, without comprising quality. Our strategic long term relationships with overseas manufacturers means we have access to unbeatable prices. And we do our homework when it comes to sourcing furniture from the best supplier at the best possible price.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our products come with a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. To put you at further ease, our products are manufactured using high-quality materials and are regularly quality assured in person by members of our team. We have worked with our specialist suppliers for several years as they offer unrivaled quality workmanship. We are confident that our products are durable enough to provide you with comfort and enjoyment for a long time to come.

What happens if an item is not in stock? Will you ship in-stock items first?

Some of our popular stock items may not always be in stock. If you purchase an item(s) which is out of stock, we will quote a delivery time upon receipt of order. Please note: Imported stock time can vary due to shipping schedules.

Can I purchase products not listed on the website?

At InHouse Collections, we have access to most furniture pieces worldwide and our store is constantly changing. If there is an item that you wish to purchase that is not currently on our website, or should you require a variation to a product on our website send us an email to info@inhousecollections.com.au and we will be happy to discuss further.

I’m an industry professional or furniture store. Can I receive a discount or become a wholesaler?

InHouse Collections provides volume discounts / wholesale pricing for furniture and homeware stores, interior designers, architects, and other selective businesses requiring large quantities of product(s). Please register your interest on our wholesaler page here.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment Methods

InHouse Collections accept payments via PayPal. Lay-by is also available and approved by request. Please contact us if you are interested in our Lay-by terms.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates for InHouse Collections are available for purchase and can be redeemed online by using the unique certificate code found on the back. Please note that our Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months and must be redeemed in full within the validity period. After the Gift Certificate has expired, it is no longer valid. Unused value will not be refunded. Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged etc. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping

In stock items normally ship within 2 – 7 business days after an order has been placed. InHouse Collections ship Australia wide and offers free transit insurance in compliance to the specified ‘goods damaged in transit’ conditions. Without sufficient evidence on the POD all claim will be denied.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn if an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

How much is delivery?

Due to the difference in the size of products, delivery cost varies. You can get an estimate of shipping costs for a particular product(s) to your area by adding the item(s) to your shopping cart. A final shipping amount will be confirmed once shopping cart is completed and full address details are entered.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We use a reputable national freight carrier to deliver our products. All in stock items will be dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 7 days of order. Upon dispatch of order from our warehouse you will receive an email with a consignment number which can be tracked online.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement, as we require all orders to be signed for, confirming receipt of product in good order and condition. Please be advised, that we may charge you for storage fees and associate shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Refund Policy

Firstly, our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience the faulty product may have caused. Based on our 100% satisfaction guarantee we promise to refund, credit or exchange.

Please contact us and we will work with you to quickly resolve the problem. And remember include your order number, name, address and details of the purchased product so that we can locate your order history as quickly as possible.

Please note the following:

We do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind. Should a refund be required, funds will be issued at the discretion of the relevant InHouse Collections terminal, or PayPal. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days. Refunds will be returned to the same method of payment used to place the order should it be PayPal or Merchant facility. Under no circumstances will a refund be made to a different account.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided due to change of mind, incorrect selection or if the item was found for a lower price elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview your orders once added to your shopping cart before proceeding with checkout.

What happens if my product is damaged in transit?

All our items are covered by insurance however all items must be checked for damages on delivery. If item has been damaged must not sign any POD or documentation, and have the courier return it to InHouse Collections (If you cant check item/s before courier leaves please sign ‘sight unseen’). Strictly No claims will be accepted if signed for. Signing the POD screen or docket states that the item has been received in good order and condition. If you do not sign and reject – to be sent back to InHouse Collections, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase once we have received the damaged item.

Damaged goods must be returned in the same condition as when received by you with all original packaging.

Under no circumstances are goods to be returned without our consent in the conditions outlined above. The goods will not be accepted at our dock should they not come back by the original carrier or packaging without prior agreement.

Warranties and Claims

Please note that goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not due to misuse. Consumer guarantees do not apply where the goods became unacceptable due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use the goods in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, or failure to take reasonable care.
